At Montavra Global, we are committed to providing you with high-quality digital tools and premium physical products. However, we understand that issues can occur. This policy outlines exactly when and how we offer refunds or replacements.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital assets (Excel Templates, Software, E-books, AI Tools), all sales for downloadable products are Final and Non-Refundable.
Once the file link is sent to you, it cannot be "returned."
Exception: If there is a technical error and the file is corrupt or you cannot download it, please contact us immediately. We will fix the issue or send you a new file manually.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Since we source unique products from global and local warehouses to give you the best price, our return policy is strict to keep costs low for everyone.
We ACCEPT Returns/Refunds ONLY if:
The product arrived Damaged or Broken.
You received the Wrong Product (different color/size/item than what you ordered).
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
We do NOT Accept Returns for:
Change of Mind: (e.g., "I don't like the color anymore" or "I don't need it now").
Size Issues: Please check the size charts carefully before ordering. Since we ship directly from suppliers, exchange for size is often not possible or very expensive.
MANDATORY PROOF
To claim a refund for a damaged or missing item, you MUST provide:
Unboxing Video: A clear video recorded while opening the package for the first time. This is required by our courier partners to prove the damage happened during transit.
Photos: Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping label.
Without these proofs, we cannot process your claim.
REFUND
TIMELINE
To claim a refund for a damaged or missing item, you MUST provide:
Please report the issue within 48 Hours of delivery via email.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Most Importantly: Once the order is processed or shipped by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
