At Montavra Global, we prioritize efficient delivery. This policy outlines strictly how our products both digital and physical are processed and delivered to you.
SCOPE OF SHIPPING
We currently fulfill orders for:
Digital Products: Globally.
Physical Products: Across India and select International locations via our network of third-party warehousing partners.
DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
For all downloadable assets (Excel Templates, Software, E-books):
Delivery Mechanism: Automated Email containing a secure, expire-able download link.
Timeline: Instantaneous upon successful payment confirmation.
Troubleshooting: If the email does not arrive within 30 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting support.
PHYSICAL PRODUCT SHIPPING
Since we operate on a direct-to-consumer model involving multiple specialized warehouses:
Phase 1: Order Processing (1 to 3 Business Days)
This is the time taken to verify the order, conduct quality checks, and hand over the package to the courier partner.
Note: Processing time is separate from Shipping time.
Phase 2: Estimated Transit Time
Metro Cities: 5 to 7 Business Days.
Rest of India: 7 to 12 Business Days.
Remote/North-East Areas: 10 to 15 Business Days.
International: 15 t 25 Business Days (depending on customs clearance).
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items (e.g., a Gadget + a Decor Item), they may be shipped from different warehouses.
Result: You may receive two separate packages on different days.
Charge: You will NOT be charged extra for split shipments (Multiple Packages).
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with a Tracking ID as soon as the item leaves the warehouse.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to become active on the courier's website.
